HOW TO BECOME AN ACC MEMBER...

WHAT WE DO: HAVE FUN!
Want the opportunity to climb, hike, snowshoe and ski any weekend year round? No experience required; we'll teach you. The ACC Vancouver is an outdoor club with focus on rock and ice climbing, mountaineering, snowshoeing and backcountry skiing. We organize camps and weekend outings as well as a wide range of outdoor courses. We're also active in building and maintaining huts, bridges and trails in both protecting and providing access to the wilderness.

MEMBERSHIP COSTS: BREAKING IT DOWN
Membership in the ACC-Vancouver section also gives you automatic membership with ACC National and the Federation of Mountain Clubs of BC. That's three clubs for the price of one!

The annual electronic membership dues for the Vancouver section are :

  • Adult: $41
  • Family: $61
  • Youth: $31, for members 19 years of age and under

Paper Membership Option: The membership fee for Vancouver Section members includes an electronic copy of the Avalanche Echoes newsletter by email notification. For those members electing to receive a paper copy of the Avalanche Echoes, please add $10 to the price listed above.

Other Membership Options: Canadian Alpine Journal or Huts. Please visit the national website for full description of all membership options and their costs: How Much Does it Cost?
