Fly in to Trophy Hut from Clearwater, a 5-hour highway drive from Vancouver. This camp is guided to ensure we get the best snow and the best lines. Ski till you drop and them ski some more. Self catered lunches. Two guests provide dinner for the group each night. With good planning this can be pain free with full prep at home. Strong intermediates and Advanced skiers with good fitness required. As the camp is guided, we can ski in 2 groups maximum. Three hour ski out with full sized pack (half weight). One hour in trees. The rest on gentle forestry road. There are only 12 places on this camp, so register now! When: Feb. 4-11 2012, inclusive of travel Where: Trophy Mountain Hut, Wells Gray Provincial Park. The cabin has a full propane kitchen and sauna. Propane lights and loft sleeping. Cost: $1150 includes motel room at Wells Gray Inn, Clearwater, one-way heli ride, two guides, seven nights in Trophy Hut, self-catered dinners, breakfasts & beverages, all taxes.
